Bytrel s.r.o. provides software development and related IT services under individually agreed commercial arrangements.

 

Project cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the relevant service agreement and applicable law.

 

2. Enquiries

 

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create an obligation to purchase services.

 

A prospective customer may discontinue an enquiry before entering into a binding agreement without incurring charges solely for the enquiry.

 

3. Cancellation Before Development

 

Where a project agreement has been concluded but work has not yet started, cancellation and any applicable refund will be considered according to the agreement and applicable law.

 

4. Cancellation During Development

 

If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, the parties will review the completed work, agreed milestones, applicable expenses and outstanding contractual obligations.

 

Any amounts payable or refundable will be determined accordingly.

 

5. Completed Services

 

Requests relating to completed or delivered services are assessed in accordance with the relevant agreement and mandatory legal rights.

 

6. Maintenance and Support

 

Cancellation of ongoing maintenance or support services is governed by the applicable contractual terms, including any agreed notice periods.
